PROCESSES & TEMPLATES
If your workplace is mandating the COVID-19 vaccine and you do not consent, you can submit the following letter which reasonably requests that your employer provide relevant information regarding the vaccine and mandate. Receipt of the answers to this letter may also prove useful should you choose to challenge the legality of the mandate in court.
Complete and return this form to ensure your personal information on the Australian Immunisation Register (A.I.R) is not disclosed to any third parties.
If you feel like mandating vaccines in the workplace is a breach of your Human Rights, we encourage you to complete and submit this form to the Queensland Department of Justice.

The 3.5% Rule TELEGRAM CHANNEL: https://t.me/the_3point5
Two US academics researched the outcomes of peaceful and violent protests from 1900 to 2006 and in 2011 published a book on their results, Why Civil Resistance Works.
They found peaceful protests were successful in leading to political change 53% of the time which was double the success of violent ones.
But most importantly, they discovered that once 3.5% of a population was actively participating then success of the protest movement was assured.
This is the importance of the #3point5 movement.
Together we are powerful.
